Cecile NOCERINO

Cécile Nocerino is an executive coach, trainer, and consultant, expert in leadership and navigating change. Graduating from ESPCI Paris and holding a master’s in Marketing Intelligence from HEC, she spent six years in corporate roles and nine years in consulting, focusing on optimization and change management, before fully committing to coaching.

ICF-certified MCC coach, Cécile uses an integrative approach combining Transactional Analysis, the Process Communication Model®, Positive Intelligence, DISC, and insights from neuroscience. She supports leaders, managers, and teams through professional and personal transitions, blending performance, openness, alignment, and systemic impact. Cécile brings together the rigor of analytical thinking and the sensitivity of emotional intelligence, creating a space where control gives way to alignment and resistance turns into flow.

Based in Asia, she works with international leaders and organizations, in both French and English. Recognized as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Shanghai.
