Lorretta CUFF

With a background in education and strategic communication, Lorretta began her career in New York, where she created innovative campaigns and partnerships for leading media groups, including Disney Publishing, Hearst Magazines, and Condé Nast.

After relocating to Switzerland, she focused her expertise on the education and humanitarian sectors, contributing to initiatives that promote social impact. She has led communication strategies, built cross-sector partnerships, and developed programs that support the integration of refugees and migrant communities, working with organisations such as Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande, Medair, and IFPD Alter Start, as well as contributing her time to several local non-profits.

As a member of the PlusPlusCom hub, Lorretta is a certified Process Communication Model (PCM) coach. She uses this methodology to design and facilitate workshops that help teams strengthen their communication dynamics, deepen their mutual understanding, and leverage individual strengths to achieve their goals.

She speaks English, her native language, and is also fluent in French.
